Because it only happens every 4 years, we had to make a leap year Snap Wedding date for the 29.2.2020. We partnered with the beautiful James Homestead in Kamo, Whangarei to create a lush garden setting for our couples getting married.
This summer in Northland has been particularly dry and hot, with water restrictions applied to most of Northland. The owners of The James Homestead have been lucky, with lush fertile soil around their gardens have remained stunning even without watering (as they are on tank water!).
Our couples all enjoyed a beautiful garden wedding for their chosen wedding lengths. Ceremony and reception utalising the garden, veranda and inside of The James Homestead, as while we were blessed with some cloud on the day, it was also extremely hot when the sun came out.
All our Snap Weddings are perfectly tailored to our couples tastes and chosen length of wedding, with 2, 4 or 6 hour wedding options to choose from. What makes these the perfect day is that you share the vendor costs with other couples. So the cost of the photographer, venue and wedding planners are all lower than normal weddings.
These are very similar in style to a Pop up Wedding, but offer more flexibility to personalise the length of the wedding, the style, the food and the drinks choice. But ultimately they are stress free and beautiful, just how weddings should be.
