It was wonderful to be able to personalise this event with everything that Neil loves, especially Massey Ferguson Tractors.
Neil and Shirley have lived on and run a farm with their 5 children for many many years so it was fitting that we created a farm theme with a twist for the night. We made sure every detail was personal to Neil and his family and friends.
We designed and created an event name sign, seating plan and table names - incorporating vintage Massey Ferguson Tractor images, gumboots and barbed wire
Sourced images from newspapers the year Neil was born to created table cloths (including his birth announcement) for guests to read while seated
Took photos of Neil's life over the last 70 years and put together a large 7 and 0 filled with memories that everyone loved giggling over
Customised sweet and savoury platters for each table catering for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan guests - food created by our wonderful partners Treats, Cakes and Pastries
We created a fun kids room off to the side of the main room with their own handmade pizzas, fruit kebabs, crafts, movie theater and giant jenga. All monitored by babysitters so Mum and Dad could enjoy the night.
A custom quiz designed by a fabulous quiz master
Gumboot table pieces filled with copies of Neil's favourite tractor magazines over the years and newspaper articles from his birth day.
Candle board designed as a 7 and an 0 for the kids to blow out alongside the cake
Shirley's favourite macaroons from Le Bistro de Paris in Whangarei
Pallet bar and rustic chicken wire seating chart with even a wheelbarrow as a beer ice bucket
We think about every detail and how we can personlalise it to you, your style, event and budget and then wrap it up into one easy to understand package.
We are thankful for our amazing clients! It’s an honour to work with the people we do.
