This lovely couple described their wedding as "Beers & Pizza at an Adventure Park where two people also get married". They wanted something low key, all about family, oh and the big thing was IT HAD TO HAVE A VIEW.
It took months and months to find the right venue, both us and the couple thought it would not happen until the bride chanced it one day when driving past HeadsUp Adventures and stopped in to talk to Warren. It turns out Warren was more than happy to help turn his venue over to the Snap team to turn it into the wedding of our couples dreams.
The veiws were breath taking, we were fortunate to have the most spectacular February day, windy but it meant it was possible to sit outside and enjoy the view and not be too hot.
The ceremony and reception were held right at the edge of HeadsUp over looking all of Onerahi and Whangarei Heads.
It was an evening of casual grazing and laughs, starting with a grazing table and then followed by oven fired pizzas and then smores and a dessert buffet.
The kids got to play on the playground while the adults danced under the marquee and the festoon lights. Casual seating was placed on the grass and gravel area so people could spill out under the setting sun and stars.
